Islamic scholar Dr Zakir Naik coming in Pakistan:-
Pakistani handsome test cricketer Misbah ul Haq hit an unbeaten 101 to steier save his team Islamabad from certain defeat, while esteemed religious scholar Dr. Zakir Naik who arrived in Pakistan with his son Sheikh Farik Naik also on Monday, started his long anticipated tour of the country.
In a week prior to that, Global Islamic Leader, recognized world’s best opinion maker in Comparative Religion, Hadhrat Dr. Zakir Naik announced his visit through his official social media account in X, formerly known as twitter. Many of his followers have been looking forward to his visit to Pakistan.
Invitation by the Pakistani Government:-
I would like to highly illustrate that Dr. Zakir Naik went to Pakistan at the official invitation of the Pakistani government. This trip is considered as a chance for him to meet people from the given area, scholars, and followers in view of discussing on religious issues as well as to compare different religions.
Speaking Tour in Most Cities of the Country:-
As part of his tour, Dr. Zakir Naik is scheduled to deliver public lectures and address gatherings in three major cities: Carting Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. On October 5 and 6, the Gilgit-Baltistan PTI chief will address his first public meetings in Karachi, then move to Lahore for two more meetings on October 12 and 13 and conclude his campaign in Islamabad on October 19 and 20.
It has been believed that such events will attract a lot of people since Dr. Zakir Naik’s lectures are always informative and makes people think, rise questions like comparison of the world religions for examples.
Live Broadcast of Speeches:-
For those who cannot personally be present, live speeches will be conducted by him through Peace TV an international religious television channel. It will give a chance to audiences across Pakistan and others to observe his teachings and discussions and learning.
It’s Been a Year Since My Last Visit Owing to the Covid Crisis:-
During his announcement, Dr. Zakir Naik also revealed that he had intended to come to Pakistan in December 2020. However, because of the emergence of the Covid 19 pandemic and subsequent traveling limitations those plans had to be given a halt. Now, after a long time of waiting, the visit is actually ensuing, cheers to his many fans in the country.
The invitation to Dr. Zakir Naik is perceived as a blessing for people of Pakistan to discuss with this authority on faith, in order to strengthen the understanding of religious tolerance and inter-faith.
